The Lifelong Leadership Institute is entirely volunteer driven. It achieves its mission through the energy and efforts of a highly motivated and committed group of qualified volunteers. These volunteers manage content for our website, oversee the student recruitment and admissions process for the Leadership By Design program, coordinate our mentorship activities, run our events, and generally strive to ensure the LLI is a high-performing non-profit organization. For an organization committed to helping our youth fulfill their leadership and professional ambitions, and to be the best they can be, we need the experience, skills, and resources of dedicated volunteers.
